Our standard home inspection is a full evaluation of a residential property’s readily accessible and visible areas. After we’ve collected the information we need, we’ll send you a detailed report of our discoveries within 24 hours.

Thermal imaging is utilized on an as-needed basis at no extra cost for certain areas of the home. A moisture meter and gas leak detector are also used when necessary.
New Construction Inspection
This inspection service will help you take care of any issues with your new home before final closing has already occurred. Prior to the builder’s final walkthrough of the new construction, we’ll thoroughly assess the condition of each readily accessible structural component and installed mechanical system. If deficiencies are discovered along the way, you should be able to consult with the builder to establish a plan for resolving the issues without significantly delaying your real estate transaction.
Pre-Listing Inspection
As you prepare to make the listing for a home you’re selling, you’ll want to make sure that you have an up-to-date knowledge of the property’s condition. We’ll perform a comprehensive inspection that will clue you in on the home’s existing strengths and weaknesses so that you have an opportunity to take care of any issues before prospective buyers begin their own assessments of the property.
Re-Inspections
Before you buy a home, you want to be absolutely sure that any agreed upon repair work has been completed successfully. In the event that our original home inspection revealed deficient areas of the property, you can schedule a Re-Inspection to have us look back over the component(s) in question once the issues have been worked on.
